Irving (concussion) was ruled out for Sunday's game against the Eagles, Rob Phillips of the Cowboys' official site reports.
Irving did not practice again this week and will finish the season with four straight missed games due to lingering symptoms from a concussion. The Cowboys' depth at defensive tackle could be tested once again Sunday with Richard Ash (shoulder) listed as questionable.
