The Bengals waived Noel (undisclosed) with an injury designation Tuesday.
It's not clear what injury Noel is dealing with, but he'll revert to Cincinnati's injured reserve if he goes unclaimed on waivers. If that's the case, he'll be unable to play in 2022 unless he reaches an injury settlement with the Bengals.
