The Dolphins promoted Callaway to the active roster Wednesday, Joe Schad of The Palm Beach Post reports.
Callaway was active for the first time all season during Miami's Week 10 win over the Chargers, though he didn't ultimately handle a single snap. He figures to continue playing a reserve role as long as Preston Williams (foot) remains on IR, but at this time Callaway is firmly off the fantasy radar.
