Parker (undisclosed) is recovering from a soft tissue injury that will need some rest so as to not become chronic, Armando Salguero of The Miami Herald reports.
The injury reportedly isn't considered serious, but the timing was suboptimal with Parker hurting himself during a workout right before training camp. It'll be especially worrisome if this is a hamstring injury, as he's struggled with those through much of his career, including last season. The Dolphins placed Parker on the PUP list Wednesday, and neither player nor team has provided any information on the injury or a possible timeline. The Dolphins also have Will Fuller (undisclosed) and Preston Williams (foot) missing from practice, while rookie first-rounder Jaylen Waddle has managed to stay on the field.
