The Eagles have released third-string quarterback Stephen Morris and signed the more experienced Thad Lewis, per Zach Berman of the Philadelphia Inquirer.
Lewis started five games for the Bills in 2013 and one for the Browns in 2012. Cleveland re-signed him this offseason, but let him go after a disappointing preseason performance.
