Peters exited Sunday's divisional-round loss to the Saints with a back injury, Zach Berman of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Peters left the game during the second half and was unable to return, despite being listed as questionable. The veteran left tackle will now have the offseason to get healthy, as he was also recently dealing with a quadriceps injury.
