Trotter was carted off during Thursday's practice with a lower leg injury, Martin Frank of The Delaware News Journal reports.
The rookie linebacker out of Clemson is thought to have dodged a serious injury despite being carted off the field, as Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that Trotter was just dealing with leg cramps. Trotter, a 2024 fifth-round pick, is expected to compete with Devin White and Oren Burks for the Eagles' second inside-linebacker spot alongside Nakobe Dean.
