Eagles' Marken Michel: Heading to Philly

Michel was claimed off waivers by the Eagles on Tuesday.

Michel was let go by the Panthers on Monday, and he didn't make it through the waiver wire unclaimed. The 28-year-old appeared in two games for Carolina last season and saw most of his action on special teams.
