Jones (undisclosed) is being listed as day-to-day by the team, D. Orlando Ledbetter of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Jones' injury status is certainly a good sign for the Falcons, who will only have to plan to be without the starting middle linebacker in the short term. Emmanuel Smith may fill in for him in the interim.
