Falcons' Keith Smith: Agrees to three-year extension

Smith and the Falcons agreed to terms on a three-year extension Saturday.

Smith is one of the few true fullbacks remaining in the NFL, but he doesn't have to worry about finding a home through the 2022 campaign. The veteran doesn't contribute much in the box score, but he will pave the way for Devonta Freeman and the rest of Atlanta's backs.
