After years of losing in Detroit, Matthew Stafford is looking like a big winner in Los Angeles. Fantasy managers who drafted him are feeling some swag too as the quarterback leads the Rams against the Cardinals. Stafford is one of the easy lineup calls for Week 4, but others aren't so simple.

The good news is, Jamey Eisenberg has his Start and Sit calls for QB here for Week 4, whether you need an injury replacement or are just playing the matchups. And don't forget to check out Heath Cummings' quarterback preview for more help with matchup notes, numbers to know, and more.

It's fun to watch Stafford playing in Sean McVay's offense, and each week he gets better and better. He outplayed Tom Brady in Week 3 against Tampa Bay (37 Fantasy points to 30), and Stafford now has nine touchdowns and just one interception on the season, with two outings of at least 321 passing yards. He's facing a Cardinals defense that has been great against Ryan Tannehill in Week 1 and Trevor Lawrence in Week 3, but Kirk Cousins had 30 Fantasy points against Arizona in Week 2. I expect Stafford to be in that range this week.

Cousins has scored at least 26 Fantasy points in every game this season, and he should continue to play well this week. While the Browns roughed up Justin Fields in Week 3 with nine sacks and held him to just 68 passing yards, Cleveland gave up four total touchdowns to Patrick Mahomes in Week 1 and three total touchdowns to Tyrod Taylor and Davis Mills in Week 2. Cousins has top-10 upside again in Week 4.

Carr and Cousins are proof of why waiting on a quarterback on Draft Day works in your Fantasy leagues, and Carr has scored at least 25 Fantasy points in all three games this year. While two of those games have been in overtime to boost his totals, this is now seven games in a row that he's started and finished going back to last season with at least 24 Fantasy points. Caesar's Sportsbook has this game projected at 52.5 points, so expect Carr and Justin Herbert to go at it Monday night.

The Jaguars are the only team to hold Kyler Murray under 20 Fantasy points this season when he scored 17 points last week. But prior to that, Jacksonville gave up 27 Fantasy points against Taylor in Week 1 and 25 points against Teddy Bridgewater in Week 2. Burrow hasn't scored more than 22 Fantasy points in any game this season, so he's due for a big game, even if Tee Higgins (shoulder) is out again. And in his past three home games going back to last season, Burrow has 916 passing yards, eight total touchdowns and one interception.

Darnold has been a solid Fantasy quarterback through three games, scoring at least 21 Fantasy points in each outing. He might have to carry more of the offense with Christian McCaffrey (hamstring) hurt, and he could be in a shootout with the Cowboys in Week 4. Dallas has been tough on opposing quarterbacks so far with six interceptions compared to just seven touchdowns, but the Cowboys are No. 2 in passing yards allowed at 1,043.

Heinicke has done well in two starts for Ryan Fitzpatrick (hip), scoring at least 23 Fantasy points in each start. He has a great matchup in Week 4 at Atlanta, and he should be considered a streaming option in all leagues. The Falcons have allowed eight passing touchdowns and no interceptions on the season. And Atlanta is No. 4 in rushing yards allowed to quarterbacks, thanks in part to Jalen Hurts (62 yards in Week 1) and Daniel Jones (39 yards in Week 2), which should benefit Heinicke.

Ryan might not be a bad streaming option in Week 4 against Washington since the Football Team allows the most Fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks this year. Ryan has scored at least 19 Fantasy points in each of his past two games against Tampa Bay and the Giants, but this could be his best game to date. Washington has allowed seven total touchdowns in the past two games against Josh Allen and Daniel Jones, and the Football Team is No. 5 in passing yards allowed this year with 945.

It's hard to trust Roethlisberger even in Superflex and two-quarterback leagues. He's scored 15 Fantasy points or less in all three outings, and he could be without Diontae Johnson (knee) and JuJu Smith-Schuster (ribs) in Week 4. But even if both play this week at Green Bay, it's easy to see Roethlisberger has been bad, with three touchdowns and three interceptions on the season. I have more faith in guys like Heinicke and Jacoby Brissett than I do Roethlisberger right now.

Bridgewater's first real test comes in Week 4 against the Ravens after he excelled in matchups against the Giants, Jaguars and Jets. He scored at least 23 Fantasy points in his first two starts (he didn't need to do much against the Jets), but this is easily the toughest defense he's faced this season. While Baltimore struggled against Carr and Mahomes in the first two weeks of the season, the Ravens clamped down on Jared Goff last week and should make things tough on Bridgewater. He's only worth starting in two-quarterback and Superflex leagues.

Lawrence could benefit if Bengals standout safety Jessie Bates (neck) is out this week, and Cincinnati could be without cornerback Chidobe Awuzie (groin). That might be offset with cornerback Trae Waynes (hamstring) making his 2021 debut, but keep an eye on Cincinnati's defense when it comes to Lawrence. I'm hesitant to trust him even in two-quarterback and Superflex leagues with how he's played this season, and he has five touchdowns and seven interceptions in three games. He's also combined for 16 Fantasy points in the past two weeks, so things haven't been good for the start of his rookie campaign so far

Maybe playing in New Orleans for the first time this year will allow Winston to have another breakout game, but it's hard to trust him in this low-volume offense. He's attempted 22 passes or less in all three games this year, and he's yet to throw for 150 yards in any outing. It's great when he has five touchdown passes like he did in Week 1, but I would only use him as a low-end starting option in two-quarterback and Superflex leagues this week.

The Saints are tied with the Cowboys for the most interceptions this season with six, and they have at least one interception in every game this year. Jones has yet to throw an interception, which is part of the reason he's been so successful this season. He's the No. 13 quarterback heading into Week 4, ahead of guys like Dak Prescott, Aaron Rodgers and Ryan Tannehill, among others. But I expect him to struggle on the road against the Saints, who are playing their first game in New Orleans this year. Jones is only worth starting two-quarterback and Superflex leagues.

This post has little to do with the Jets defense and is more about the Titans, who could be without A.J. Brown (hamstring) and Julio Jones (leg) this week. As much as I like the sleeper appeal of guys like Nike Westbrook-Ikhine and Chester Rogers, I'm not starting Tannehill if his top two receivers are out, even against the Jets. This game will be all about Derrick Henry, and Tannehill already has two games this season with 15 Fantasy points or less. For what it's worth, the Jets also have yet to allow multiple passing touchdowns in a game this season against Darnold, Mac Jones and Bridgewater. Tannehill is only worth starting in two-quarterback and Superflex leagues.
