Week 18 is tricky because of who could be resting with the playoffs starting the following week. There are many scenarios for several teams, but the Bengals are expected to be without a few key players for Sunday's matchup with the Browns.

Joe Burrow (knee) has already said he won't play, and Joe Mixon went into Friday night still on the reserve/COVID-19 list. With Mixon out, Samaje Perine becomes a sleeper you can use in all leagues and for DFS against Cleveland.

Perine has two games this season with at least 11 carries -- Week 5 against Green Bay and Week 7 at Baltimore -- and he scored at least 14 PPR points in each outing. He's been useful at times in tandem with Mixon, and he has three games with at least three catches.

The Bengals will likely use Chris Evans to help Perine, so keep that in mind. And without Burrow (Brandon Allen is starting) and potentially other guys like Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins and Tyler Boyd, the offensive production could be minimal for Perine.

As for the matchup, the Browns have allowed a running back to score at least 12 PPR points in four games in a row, so hopefully Perine will keep that streak going. I like him as a No. 2 Fantasy running back in all leagues, and hopefully he takes advantage of this extended playing time with Mixon out.

Editor's Note: Projections are provided by CBS Sports and not Jamey Eisenberg. Projected points are for PPR leagues.

The last time Tannehill scored more than 16 Fantasy points was in Week 10 against New Orleans when he had 20 points against the Saints. The following week he faced the Texans in an embarrassing loss, and Tannehill was the reason why with four interceptions, which limited him to 10 Fantasy points. I'm expecting a rebound performance here at home, and the Texans have allowed two of their past four opposing quarterbacks to score at least 22 Fantasy points. And Tannehill averaged 28.5 Fantasy points per game against Houston in his past four meetings prior to facing them earlier this year.

The Jaguars have allowed 55 Fantasy points in their past two games against Zach Wilson and Mac Jones, and hopefully Wentz can follow suit with a quality outing here in a big game for the Colts, who need to win to clinch a playoff spot. Wentz only has two games with more than 20 Fantasy points in his past seven outings, and the concern for him is always that Jonathan Taylor dominates this matchup. Wentz also scored only seven Fantasy points against the Jaguars in Week 7. But I'll use him as a low-end starter in deeper leagues this week with the hope he finds two touchdowns as Indianapolis locks up a wild-card berth.

Heinicke is likely making his final start for Washington with the team expected to find an upgrade in 2022. And he could go out with a positive performance against the Giants since he scored 23 Fantasy points against them in Week 2. He hasn't scored more than eight Fantasy points in three games in a row against tough opponents in Dallas twice and Philadelphia, but this is a matchup where Heinicke can have success if you need a Fantasy starter in a deeper league. The Giants have allowed three of their past five opposing quarterbacks to score at least 19 Fantasy points.

Leonard Fournette (hamstring) and Ronald Jones (ankle) are out in Week 18, so the Buccaneers will lean on Vaughn and Le'Veon Bell against the Panthers. Bruce Arians said there's a chance Giovani Bernard (hip) could return this week from his stint on injured reserve, but as of Friday, Bernard remained out. I like Vaughn ahead of Bell, but both should be considered flex options. Vaughn had a good game in tandem with Jones against the Panthers in Week 16 with seven carries for 70 yards and a touchdown, and he had eight carries for 31 yards, along with two catches for 14 yards on three targets before hurting his ribs in Week 17 at the Jets. Bell had three carries for 5 yards and three catches for 30 yards on three targets in Week 17 at the Jets. It could be good for both Buccaneers running backs since the Panthers have allowed a running back to score in five games in a row, with seven touchdowns scored over that span.

Gainwell might be the Eagles only healthy running back in Week 18 against the Cowboys with Miles Sanders (hand) out and Boston Scott and Jordan Howard on the reserve/COVID-19 list. But we also have to see if Philadelphia will rest its starters for the playoffs, which would likely put Gainwell on the field with other backups. In either scenario, Gainwell has flex appeal if he starts, but his outlook would be better if Jalen Hurts and the Eagles regular offensive linemen are on the field as well. Dallas has allowed a running back to score at least 11 PPR points in three games in a row.

Antonio Gibson is off the reserve/COVID-19 list and ready to go at the Giants, but Washington could opt to limit his playing time because of the toe and hip injuries he's been dealing with of late. If that happens, Patterson could be great, and I would play him as a flex in Week 18 with the chance he gets increased touches. With Gibson out in Week 17 against Philadelphia, Patterson had 12 carries for 57 yards and a touchdown, along with five catches for 41 yards on five targets. It's a great matchup for Gibson and Patterson against the Giants, who have allowed a running back to score at least 16 PPR points in three of his past four games.

Andy Dalton will start for the Bears, and he has been great for Mooney lately. In Dalton's past four appearances, Mooney has scored at least 17 PPR points three times. He has at least seven targets and five catches in all four outings, and in three of them he has at least 69 yards, with two touchdowns. Mooney had 11 PPR points against Minnesota in Week 15 with Justin Fields under center, and this is a great matchup. In their past five games, the Vikings have allowed 85 catches for 977 yards and five touchdowns to opposing receivers, and 10 receivers have scored at least 11 PPR points.

Davis had a down game in Week 17 against Atlanta in his return from a one-game absence on the reserve/COVID-19 list, finishing with just three catches for 40 yards on three targets. Prior to going on the reserve/COVID-19 list, he scored at least 15 PPR points in consecutive games, and he should get back on track against the Jets. He had three catches for 105 yards on three targets against the Jets in Week 10.

Grayson has stepped up the past two weeks with injuries to Chris Godwin (ACL) and Mike Evans (hamstring), as well as Antonio Brown leaving the Buccaneers in the middle of the game against the Jets in Week 17. Godwin and Brown aren't coming back in Week 18 against Carolina, and Grayson should be a top target for Tom Brady once again. He had three catches for 81 yards on three targets in Week 17 at Carolina when Godwin and Evans were out. And in Week 18, with Evans back but Brown leaving the field, Grayson finished with six catches for 81 yards and a touchdown on eight targets. He will likely be third at best in targets behind Evans and Rob Gronkowski, but Grayson should be considered a borderline starter in all leagues with Godwin and Brown not playing. Tyler Johnson is also worth using as a sleeper in deeper leagues after he had four catches for 50 yards on six targets against the Jets last week.

Callaway has actually been great with Taysom Hill, and hopefully that continues in Week 18 against the Falcons. In the past two games with Hill, Callaway has at least nine targets, six catches and 97 yards, and he scored at least 15 PPR points in each outing. It's nice to see Callaway finally playing well, and he could be a borderline starter in all leagues in Week 18. Callaway had three catches for 25 yards and a touchdown on six targets against Atlanta in Week 9, and a receiver has either scored or gone over 100 yards in eight of the Falcons last nine games.

David Njoku (shoulder) didn't practice all week, and he could be out against the Bengals. That would put Hooper in a good spot, even with Baker Mayfield (shoulder) out and Case Keenum starting. Njoku missed Week 14 against Baltimore, and Hooper had five catches for 30 yards and a touchdown on six targets against the Ravens. Harrison Bryant will be a factor also along with Hooper, but I like Hooper as a borderline starter in all leagues if Njoku can't play. The Bengals have also allowed a tight end to score in seven of their past nine games, and seven tight ends have scored at least 10 PPR points over that span.

Higbee is coming off a strong game in Week 17 at Baltimore with six catches for 69 yards on nine targets. He has at least six targets in three games in a row, and he scored at least nine PPR points in each outing. He faces the 49ers in Week 18, and he had three catches for 20 yards and a touchdown on five targets at San Francisco in Week 10. He's worth using as a low-end starter in all leagues.

Kmet is still looking for his first touchdown this season, but he can be considered a low-end starter in PPR leagues this week against the Vikings. He had six catches for 71 yards on nine targets against Minnesota in Week 15, but he did that with Justin Fields under center. With Andy Dalton back in Week 18, Kmet can still be used as a low-end starter in PPR leagues. Hopefully, he ends the season by finding the end zone for the first time.

Cook is off the reserve/COVID-19 list and ready for Week 18 against the Raiders. The last time he faced Las Vegas in Week 4 he had six catches for 70 yards and a touchdown on seven targets, and we love it when revenge games lead to positive production. Hopefully, Cook can do something similar this week against the Raiders, who have allowed four touchdowns to tight ends in their past six games.
Week 18 Preview
DFS LINEUPS

DraftKings

QB: Kirk Cousins (vs. CHI) $6,100
RB: Devin Singletary (vs. NYJ) $6,000
RB: D'Onta Foreman (at HOU) $5,700
WR: Cooper Kupp (vs. SF) $9,700
WR: K.J. Osborn (vs. CHI) $5,500
WR: Cyril Grayson (vs. CAR) $4,400
TE: Austin Hooper (vs. CIN) $3,600
FLEX: Darnell Mooney (at MIN) $5,900
DST: Football Team (at NYG) $3,100

I'm stacking the Vikings here with Cousins and Osborn, and I wouldn't be surprised if the Minnesota-Chicago game was a high-scoring affair. It's why I also like Mooney in this lineup, especially with Dalton starting.

Singletary is my Start of the Week, and I also expect Foreman to have a big game against the Texans. And I'll play Hooper in this lineup based on his price, as well as the reasons listed above.

My receiving corps is rounded out with Kupp and Grayson, and hopefully Kupp has a record-setting game against the 49ers. He needs 136 yards to break Calvin Johnson's record of 1,964 receiving yards, which was set in 2012. And he needs 12 catches to break Michael Thomas' record of 149 catches, which was set in 2019. If he does that, he's well worth his price on DraftKings.

FanDuel

QB: Andy Dalton (at MIN) $6,300
RB: Jonathan Taylor (at JAC) $10,200
RB: Devin Singletary (vs. NYJ) $6,700
WR: Justin Jefferson (vs. CHI) $8,500
WR: Terry McLaurin (at NYG) $6,700
WR: Darnell Mooney (at MIN) $6,300
TE: Zach Ertz (vs. SEA) $5,600
FLEX: Ke'Shawn Vaughn (vs. CAR) $5,900
DEF: Steelers (at BAL) $3,500

I'll play Dalton and Mooney in this lineup, and I love Dalton's price on FanDuel. I also have Singletary in this lineup as well, and Taylor should have a monster game against the Jaguars

Jefferson is worth using to have someone else on the other side of the Bears stack, and he should have a huge game against Chicago's secondary at home. I also expect McLaurin to go off against the Giants (he's scored at least 14 PPR points in four games in a row against New York).

Ertz was awesome the last time he played Seattle with eight catches for 88 yards and two touchdowns on nine targets, and hopefully he can come close to that production again. And I like Vaughn at his price now that he could be the lead back for Tampa Bay in Week 18.
