Everett (ankle) has been ruled out for Thursday's contest against the Cowboys, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.

Everett began the week with a pair of limited practice sessions, but he was unable to get in any work Wednesday and consequently will miss his second straight game. Troy Apke is expected to start Thursday in Everett's stead.
