McFadden is questionable to return to Sunday's game against Cleveland due to a back injury, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
McFadden walked off the field with training staff following a tackle on Jerome Ford. Ty Summers and Darius Muasau are candidates to see more snaps at inside linebacker alongside starter Bobby Okereke while McFadden is sidelined.
