Allen is unvaccinated, per Mark Long of the Associated Press, meaning he'll miss Weeks 16 and 17 while going through the health and safety protocols. K'Lavon Chaisson and Jordan Smith should see more run at outside linebacker in the meantime for Jacksonville.
