Wells (concussion) re-signed with the Jaguars on Tuesday, John Oehser of the Jaguars' official site reports.
Wells missed the season finale due to a concussion but was able to pass a physical to rejoin the Jags. The 28-year-old played in only seven games last season as he was on injured reserve with a groin injury.
