Bowman signed a contract with the Jaguars on Tuesday.
Bowman joins Jacksonville as an undrafted free agent. Despite appearing in 13 games, he only managed to bring in four catches for 24 yards in his senior year with Rutgers, having been previously enrolled at Maine.
