Jenkins has signed a three-year contract with the Jets, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports.
Jenkins started all 15 games he played for the Bears last season, recording a career-high 32 tackles and four sacks while doing so. In joining the Jets, Jenkins bolsters their front-seven options with another experienced defender.
