Cabinda was waived by the Raiders on Saturday but cleared waivers and signed with the team's practice squad, Michael Gehlken of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
Cabinda signed with the Raiders in April as an undrafted free agent out of Penn State, but he'll be a candidate to join the active roster later in the season if he flashes potential on the practice squad.
