Jermaine Kelly: Signs with 49ers' practice squad

Kelly (undisclosed) signed with the 49ers' practice squad Wednesday.

Kelly was waived by the Texans prior to the season with an injury settlement, but he appears to now be healthy as he joins the 49ers' organization.
