Sterling (concussion) didn't practice Wednesday, Brian Costello of the New York Post reports.
Sterling's absence confirms he's likely still in the initial stages of the NFL's five-step concussion protocol after he exited Sunday's loss to the Bears with the head injury. Considering Sterling previously missed time earlier in the season with a concussion, it's looking unlikely that he'll be available for this weekend's game against the Dolphins.
