Lewis (knee) was shifted from injured reserve to the reserve/COVID-19 list Thursday, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports.

Lewis was ruled out for the season back in August due to a knee injury. He'll look to make his NFL debut in 2022.
