Franklin (knee) had his suspension lifted Tuesday after serving his three-game ban, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports.
The wide receiver was suspended by the NFL for violating league COVID-19 protocols by misrepresenting his vaccination status. Franklin is still recovering from an ACL tear suffered during the 2020 preseason and remains a free agent entering Week 16.
