Rosas is active for Sunday's contest at Cleveland and will serve as Detroit's kicker.
In the wake of Austin Seibert (hip) hitting injured reserve ahead of Week 10 action, Ryan Santoso was elevated from the practice squad and served as the Lions' placekicker during last Sunday's 16-16 tie in Pittsburgh. Santoso ended up making one of two field-goal attempts and one of two point-after tries. While Santoso reverted to the practice squad Monday, Detroit signed Riley Patterson to the active roster Tuesday, setting up a scenario in which the team used a third kicker this season. Rather than going with Patterson -- who is inactive for the contest -- the Lions will turn to the more battled-tested Rosas, who previously went 13-for-13 on extra-point attempts but just 1-for-4 on field-goal tries while kicking for the Saints in the first four games of the season.
