Lions' Charles Washington: Moves to injured reserve

Washington (hamstring) was placed on injured reserve Saturday.

Washington hadn't practiced since sustaining the hamstring injury Week 14 against Arizona and will finish the season without playing a defensive snap. Cornerback Dee Virgin was promoted from the Lions' practice squad for added secondary and special teams depth.
