Cabinda (knee) is questionable to return to Sunday's contest against the Falcons, Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press reports.
Cabinda suffered the injury after catching a two-yard pass from Tim Boyle. If he's unable to return, the Lions won't have a healthy fullback on their active roster, so they may opt to run more two-man sets with Brock Wright and Shane Zylstra.
