Okwara (ankle) was a full participant at Wednesday's practice.
Okwara has missed three straight games due to the ankle injury, but after a full practice to start the week, it appears he will return for Sunday's contest against the Seahawks. Before his absence, the 2020 third-round pick had played at least 27 snaps and recorded multiple tackles in seven straight games. Okwara will likely have a similar workload against Seattle.
