Zylstra injured his knee Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Zylstra's injury is believed to be serious and could keep him out of action for the next six months. The 26-year-old re-signed with Detroit in April after catching 11 of 15 targets for 60 yards and four touchdowns and will now spend the season focusing on getting healthy.
