Decker (foot) was a full participant during minicamp, Nick Baumgardner of the Athletic reports.
Decker didn't participate in OTAs while dealing with the "residual effects from rehabbing all offseason," so it's encouraging to see him back to full participation during minicamp. The 2016 first-round pick suffered the foot injury during the 2021 regular-season finale, but he looks poised to be the starting left tackle Week 1.
