Mitchell is expected to sign with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent.
Mitchell's receiving yardage climbed with each subsequent season at Mississippi State, topping out at 505 his senior year. He's a big-bodied target at 6-foot-5 and 210 pounds, and Mitchell was able to find the end zone at least four times in each of his last three college seasons.
