Amos (pectoral) said Wednesday that he didn't require offseason surgery and is now 100 percent healthy, Ryan Wood of the Green Bay Press-Gazette reports.

The 27-year-old was limited to 31 defensive snaps during the NFC Championship Game in San Francisco due to the injury, but he's fully recovered over the past few months. Amos led the Packers in defensive snaps during his first year with the team, recording 84 tackles (68 solo), one sack, two interceptions and eight passes breakups. He's poised to play a similarly heavy role in the secondary again in 2020.
