Packers' Billy Turner: Ruled out Saturday

Turner (knee) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Browns, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.

Turner was unable to practice this week and will be held out for a second straight game. Dennis Kelly will likely draw another start.
