Packers' Equanimeous St. Brown: Suffers head injury

St. Brown is under evaluation for a head injury suffered Sunday against the Jets.

At the point of his departure midway through the fourth quarter, St. Brown led the Packers with 94 yards on his five receptions. If he enters the concussion protocol, he would be in danger of missing the final game of his rookie campaign.
