Goforth suffered an ankle injury during Saturday's preseason game against the Ravens after returning earlier in the day from a concussion.
The linebacker rode back to the locker room in a cart, per Matt Schneidman of The Athletic. Goforth had four tackles before exiting. The undrafted free agent is competing for a depth linebacker spot.
