Redmond (undisclosed) will start training camp on the Panthers' active/PUP list, Darin Gantt of the team's official site reports.

Redmond signed with Carolina as an undrafted free agent in April. He registered 23 tackles and four sacks in eight games in his final season at Oklahoma.
