Jewell (hamstring) is doubtful to return to Sunday's game against the Bengals, David Newton of ESPN.com reports.
Jewell's exit came early in the fourth quarter and saw Claudin Cherelus and Trevin Wallace finish the position at linebacker. Assuming Jewell doesn't return, he'll work to get back in time for Week 5 against the Bears.
