McGrone (undisclosed) was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday, Ben Volin of The Boston Globe reports.
McGrone is stuck on the reserve/non-football injury list for the rest of the season, so his placement on the COVID list is merely a precautionary move. He will have to clear protocols before he is able to return to the team facility and continue his rehab.
