Wynn (hip) was able to participate at Tuesday's mandatory minicamp session, Evan Lazar of the CLNS Media Network reports.
It's not clear to what extent Wynn was able to participate, but it was the first time he was active for a training session this spring. Once fully healthy, he's set to be the starting left tackle once again in New England this season.
