Dugger is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the 49ers due to an ankle injury, Doug Kyed of the Boston Herald reports.
Dugger was checked on by trainers on the sideline before leaving on a cart to the locker room. Jaylinn Hawkins has come in for Dugger at strong safety.
