Miller (shoulder) was reinstated from the Raiders' active/PUP list Tuesday after passing his physical.
Miller opened training camp on the PUP list due to a shoulder injury. The 2018 first-round pick is slated to serve as the Raiders' starting left tackle, and now that he's healthy, he'll work to catch up to speed with the first-team offense.
