Miller (shoulder) has been ruled inactive for Sunday's game against the Broncos.
Miller will miss his first game of the season due to a shoulder injury, and his next opportunity to play will come against the Seahawks on Sunday, Nov. 27. With the starting left tackle out, either Jackson Barton or Thayer Munford will likely step in for the Raiders' Week 11 contest, according to Levi Edwards of the Raiders' official site.
