Hobbs (hand) participated in OTAs on Tuesday, Tashan Reed of The Athletic reports.
Hobbs injured his hand during Las Vegas' Week 18 loss to Kansas City but now appears to be healthy. The soon-to-be 24-year-old has been lining up at nickelback during the offseason program and likely will serve as a starter during the 2023 season.
