Jordan is being evaluated for a concussion, and considered questionable to return, Rich Hammond of the Orange County Register reports.
Jordan had recorded five tackles prior to exiting the game. He was subsequently replaced by Troy Hill who gave up a touchdown to Doug Baldwin. Hill should continue seeing plenty of action providing depth at cornerback if Jordan is unable to return.
