Williams (ankle) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Steelers.
The 31-year-old was activated off the reserve/COVID-19 list earlier Tuesday, but the ankle injury will prevent him from being available for Wednesday's divisional matchup. Justin Ellis is poised for another start at nose tackle in Williams' absence.
