Hayes (ankle) was activated from injured reserve Saturday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Hayes returned to practice earlier this week and will be eligible to face the Bengals on Sunday. Even though he doesn't start on a regular basis, his return will provide depth on a team that has been severely affected by injuries and COVID-19 cases in recent weeks.
