Edwards and the Ravens agreed to a two-year, $10 million contract extension Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Edwards received a restricted free-agent tender from the Ravens in mid-March and now has extended his stay in Baltimore through the 2023 season. Even so, Edwards is likely set to serve as the No. 2 back in Baltimore's backfield behind second-year rusher J.K. Dobbins, who could be in line for a slightly larger share of the work in his second professional season.
