Bell was elevated from the practice squad Saturday and will be active for the second time this season. The 29-year-old carried four times for 11 yards and failed to catch his lone target during his previous appearance in Week 4. Latavius Murray should lead the backfield while Bell and Devonta Freeman work as the secondary options.
