Phillips (shoulder) is officially active for Sunday's game against the Eagles.
Phillips came into the game drawing a questionable tag despite logging full practice Friday, so it's likely he'll be without limitations for the contest. Now healthy, expect the rookie out of Mississippi State to assume his usual starting role at left guard for Week 6.
