Davenport was diagnosed with a pectoral strain after he underwent an MRI on Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Davenport recorded three tackles (two solo) and a sack in Sunday's 38-3 win over the Packers, but he's expected to miss some time due to his pectoral injury. He doesn't have a clear timetable for his return, but the Saints are hopeful that the 2018 first-rounder will be back in action sooner rather than later.
