Saints' Ryan Ramczyk: Ruled out Sunday

Ramczyk (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Eagles.

Ramczyk was a non-participant at practice all week and will be unable to suit up against Philadelphia. Landon Young will likely serve as the Saints' starting right tackle Sunday.
